Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company and project objectives
Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
Evaluate quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of goods and services
Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal departments and project managers to forecast needs and specifications
Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Manage procurement budgets and prepare cost analyses and reports
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet operational and project schedules
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities for transparency and auditing
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or construction
Experience in construction procurement is highly desirable
Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of construction materials, market trends, and industry standards
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Risk management and cost analysis expertise
