Leverage expertise in project management, leadership, and team building to confidently lead implementation teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Mitigate risks and estimate project budgets accurately, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction

Work with vendors to help successfully implement solutions

Contribute to establishing operational standards, refining methodologies, and developing tools to enhance internal processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, large account management, or business application training/implementation

General knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and supply chain processes

Experience in customer support, services sales, estimating, or mentoring

Strong knowledge of Infor's enterprise applications

Experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations

Experience with Syteline or CloudSuite Industrial required

Preferred

Strong knowledge of Infor's enterprise applications desired
