Collect and compile monthly Key Account execution communications (MKAP) to support national and priority accounts
Conduct monthly user testing for Pocket Guide updates and new content
Track live attendance for monthly activation calls and review engagement metrics across various platforms
Maintain distributor communication lists and reconcile contact data with internal reporting systems
Review and resolve distributor execution and audit disputes through internal compliance platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in sales operations, execution, content operations, or commercial support
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workflows and systems
Comfortable reviewing engagement data and identifying trends
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
