Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of defined-scope programs, from planning through delivery and close-out
Lead workstreams within complex, multi-functional initiatives
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
Serve as a day-to-day client point of contact, ensuring expectations, scope, and quality are consistently met
Partner closely with internal leaders to support strategic planning and client discussions
Communicate clearly and confidently—articulating ideas, risks, and recommendations
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reallocation across programs
Track spend, monitor risks, and support reconciliation and reporting
Identify issues early and drive solutions with accountability
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Provide clear briefs, requirements, and timelines to contributors
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-ownership delivery culture

Required

Strong project management expertise, with experience delivering programs end-to-end
Proven success in direct client-facing roles with clear accountability
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial tradeoffs
Background in healthcare, medical, clinical, or regulated environments
Excellent communication skills—you can articulate complex ideas simply and effectively
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant project or program management experience
