Responsibilities
Set program milestones, communicate program status to team and leadership, identify program risks and coordinate a plan of response to mitigate risks
Manage development, delivery, and qualification of depth subsystems based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times, and business need
Resolve dependencies with cross functional teams
Manage communication within, and between, internal engineering and external vendor
Collaborates with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules (e.g., semester plans, milestones, timelines, releases) for multiple feature areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
6+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
2 years' experience managing large-scale global programs in technology deployments
Experience with cross discipline collaboration and problem resolution skills with multiple stakeholders
Excellent ability to express technical concepts in verbal and written forms
Effective program coordination skills and the ability to create, implement and monitor basic projects and plans
Familiarity with bills of material (BOM), engineering documentation, and manufacturing process
