Responsibilities

Design and Build Agentic Systems: Design and build multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, routing, and planning to support complex workflows
Develop Modular Agent Skills: Develop Agent Skills and tools as modular, composable services that interact with backend systems, models, and data pipelines
Agent Evaluation and Reliability: Build observability, evaluation, and feedback loops for agent behavior, including telemetry, prompt evaluation, regression testing, and reliability metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Implementation teams to apply agentic solutions to customer challenges
Production Deployment: Assist with deploying and maintaining ML- and LLM-powered systems in production environments

Required

Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience building and deploying ML- or LLM-powered systems in production
Skills: Advanced software development in Python; experience with common LLM algorithms and implementations; experience integrating LLMs into applications; familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Other: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to work collaboratively with little supervision; willingness to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; up to 10% travel

Preferred

Experience designing and deploying complex agentic systems using LLMs
Hands-on experience with multi-agent coordination, routing, and tool orchestration
Experience integrating agent frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK or OpenAI Agent SDK
Startup experience, particularly scaling products from zero to one
Experience with observability, evaluation, and feedback loops for agent behavior
Experience with Git source control management
Current or eligible to obtain U.S. security clearance
Experience with Claude Code and GenAI coding best practices
