Responsibilities
Serve as a primary liaison between clients and software vendors
Conduct outreach and research for international clients
Identify issues related to data loading, integration, and accuracy, and help design effective solutions
Analyze and identify missing or incomplete data sets required to fully implement software and generate required reports
Support the successful onboarding and optimization of systems to ensure clients receive the reporting and insights they need
Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot, validate, and improve data workflows
Translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements
Assist with documentation and communication to ensure clarity across teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience working with a variety of data types and sources
Experience with multiple tools and technologies such as SQL, VBA, Python, R, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working with global or international clients
Preferred
Experience with treasury and/or compliance software is a strong plus
