Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site support to managed IT services clients
Configure, deploy, and manage Windows PCs and Macs using Autopilot and Intune
Manage Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender
Configure, deploy, manage, and support networks with Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
Build, configure, and manage server hardware, vSphere, and Windows virtual servers
Create and maintain system, process, and procedure documentation
Work within ticket system to document issues, status updates, and resolutions
Perform vulnerability scans and assist with security assessments
Administer security awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns
Complete assigned training and participate in continuous learning activities
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (bachelor's preferred) in computer science, information systems, or a similar field
Four years of relevant work experience or two years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
Experience managing Fortinet networks
Experience managing Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
A high degree of professionalism and integrity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Live in or around Urbandale, IA and be able to commute to the office daily
A valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
No criminal history
Preferred
Fortinet, Microsoft, and VMWare certifications
Experience working for a consulting firm or managed services provider
Experience working with HIPAA
