Responsibilities

Manage performance outcomes by planning, monitoring, evaluating and improving operations
Ensuring timely collection of payments
Ensure region is properly setup in Point Click Care
Monitoring the submission of ancillary invoices and compliance of Resident Trust Accounts
Setting objectives regionally for account receivable, aligning with region and company goals
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special AR reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
Participate in billing and payment processes including preparing bank deposits
Develop contacts with Managed Care providers to assist buildings with HMO collections
Teach, train and develop Business Office Managers in each building
Assist with the overall supervision and management of regional accounts receivable staff

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment as well as proficient in Microsoft products computer skills
