COMPLETE ON-SITE SETUPS OF OUR EQUIPMENT AT THE CLIENT'S LOCATION
PROVIDE TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO CLIENTS ON HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT
DIAGNOSE AND RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO OUR EQUIPMENT
PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS ON EQUIPMENT
MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL WORK PERFORMED
COLLABORATE WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS, ACCOUNT MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR TO ENSURE EFFICIENT AND TIMELY RESOLUTION OF ISSUES
COMMUNICATE EFFECITIVELY WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGEUES, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING
FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
