Responsibilities
Run the space: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and vendors, handle mail and facilities issues, and keep the space stocked and welcoming
Foster culture & community: Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team-building activities that bring people together
Own space planning & workplace strategy: Manage seating and shared spaces today and partner with leadership on future growth and layout changes
Support onboarding & recruiting: Partner with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, monitor onsite schedules, and drive the new hire onboarding experience
Be the face of Assort’s community: Manage visitor and candidate experience, greet guests warmly, and lead office tours. Be in office five days per week from at least 8 am - 6 pm, with the ability to stay later as needed
Qualification
Required
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Ability to oversee daily office operations
Experience managing supplies and vendors
Ability to handle mail and facilities issues
Experience in planning and executing events, celebrations, and team-building activities
Ability to manage seating and shared spaces
Experience in coordinating interviews and monitoring onsite schedules
Ability to drive the new hire onboarding experience
Strong interpersonal skills to manage visitor and candidate experience
Ability to greet guests warmly and lead office tours
Availability to be in office five days per week from at least 8 am - 6 pm, with the ability to stay later as needed
