Responsibilities

Produce complete store design drawing packages based on approved brand concepts and standards
Develop accurate floor plans, fixture plans, interior elevations, storefront elevations, and finish/material applications
Adapt standard designs to site conditions, landlord criteria, and local code requirements
Deliver clear, detailed documentation suitable for permitting, procurement, and construction
Review kickoff documents including site surveys, as-builts, tenant criteria, and work letters
Coordinate with internal partners and vendors to resolve design constraints
Incorporate redlines and feedback accurately and on schedule
Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all project phases

Required

Professional experience in retail, commercial, or architectural design documentation
Strong proficiency with CAD standards, tools, and templates

Ability to interpret landlord criteria, codes, and jurisdictional requirements
Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and documentation accuracy
Clear, professional communication with cross-functional teams
