Remote District Manager

The Recruitment Agent will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, managing the hiring process, and maintaining relationships with potential recruits.

Required
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, with experience in identifying and sourcing top talent
Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to engage and attract candidates effectively
Ability to work remotely and independently while meeting recruitment goals
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
