This role manages the production of timely monthly/quarterly reports and partners with leadership to strengthen accounting policies and controls.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
8+ years accounting/finance experience
Experience with Partnership agreements and Waterfalling
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills
Preferred
CPA preferred
Real Estate and/or Public Accounting experience is preferred
Experience with Systems, Yardi is highly desired
