8+ years expCFS is seeking an experienced Director of Financial Reporting to lead financial reporting, corporate accounting, audit and tax coordination, and treasury oversight. This role manages the production of timely monthly/quarterly reports and partners with leadership to strengthen accounting policies and controls.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
8+ years accounting/finance experience
Experience with Partnership agreements and Waterfalling
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills
Preferred
CPA preferred
Real Estate and/or Public Accounting experience is preferred
Experience with Systems, Yardi is highly desired
