Responsibilities

Manage and operate B2B retail channels across both online and offline platforms for key U.S. retail partners (e.g., Sephora, Walmart)
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail account operations, maintaining close communication with retail buyers and operations teams
Execute product setup and maintenance, including SKU registration, item data management, pricing updates, and promotional setup through retailer systems and portals
Monitor retail pricing, promotional activities, and compliance with agreed commercial terms
Track daily and monthly sales performance, inventory levels, and inbound/outbound shipment status; proactively resolve operational issues such as stock shortages, allocation challenges, or delivery delays
Support new product launches, line reviews, and marketing or promotional execution in collaboration with retail partners and internal teams
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports, including sell-in, sell-through, inventory health, and out-of-stock (OOS) analysis
Ensure compliance with retailer operational policies, guidelines, and platform requirements, with a strong focus on Sephora standards and procedures
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Korea, including Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, SCM, Logistics, and Finance
Manage retail-related documentation, system inputs, and operational data across ERP systems, retailer portals, and EDI platforms
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance retail execution and retail partner satisfaction

Required

2–4 years of experience in retail operations, account operations, or B2B sales operations
Hands-on experience working with U.S. retail partners in beauty, CPG, or consumer goods industries
Strong understanding of retail operations processes, including SKU management, pricing, promotions, order management, and inventory tracking
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external retail partners
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven retail environment
Authorized to work in the U.S

Preferred

Experience working directly with major U.S. retailers
Familiarity with Sephora operational policies, guidelines, and retail systems
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate closely with HQ in Korea
