Responsibilities
You will conduct learning needs analyses and partner with stakeholders to define priorities and opportunities for growth
You’ll design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content across live, blended, and digital formats, ensuring relevance and practical application
You’ll deliver workshops, onboarding sessions, and peer coaching, bringing training to life for employees at all levels
You will gather feedback and use learner data to refine programs, making every session better than the last
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure learning solutions are effective, innovative, and aligned with business goals
Qualification
Required
1–2 years (or equivalent) experience in training, onboarding, peer coaching, or content development
Comfortable using eLearning and authoring tools (PowerPoint, LMS, video editing, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.) to create engaging content
Strong communicator with sharp writing, scripting, and visual storytelling skills
Experience working in fast-paced customer service, retail, hospitality, or operations environments and understanding the realities of front-line teams
Dependable, adaptable, and proactive—takes ownership, meets deadlines, and thrives under pressure
