Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehouses under the guidance of the Sr. Data Modeler
Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for business stakeholders
Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment to defined KPIs and organizational metric standards
Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
Assist in BI tool administration (access, performance, monitoring) and ensure system reliability
Support initiatives to optimize and scale BI solutions across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL development, and BI solutions
Proficiency in SQL and Python in production environments
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, or Looker
Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and exposure to Databricks
Experience working with databases and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, Synapse)
Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Data Lake)
Familiarity with data governance, quality, and metadata management practices
Experience with advanced analytics or predictive modeling
Knowledge of agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
Experience supporting scalable dashboards and automated ETL workflows
