Responsibilities
Lead complex data analysis projects from intake through final presentation with minimal supervision
Design and execute data analyses aligned with business objectives
Analyze large datasets and deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights
Create ad hoc reports, trend analyses, and performance metrics
Manage complex data extracts and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Develop and maintain automated reporting and data delivery processes
Perform data cleansing, validation, and manipulation
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Recommend enhancements to data sources, databases, and analytical processes
Qualification
Required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce
Proven ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Proactive, self-driven approach
Minimum 4 years of related data or operations analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, automation, reporting)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience supporting utility or energy sector operations
Advanced SQL skills (Oracle or Business Objects)
Experience with UNIX shell scripting (csh, awk, sed, vi)
Knowledge of Base SAS
Programming experience (Visual Basic, Perl, or C)
