Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between homeowners, construction managers, trade partners, and internal teams
Receive, document, and manage homeowner warranty and service requests
Schedule and coordinate service repairs with vendors and construction teams across the Nashville market
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding timelines, expectations, and resolutions
Conduct follow-ups to confirm completion and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and ensure compliance with warranty standards
Identify recurring issues and proactively escalate trends to leadership
Assist with customer care walkthroughs, inspections, and service appointments as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
2+ years of customer service, customer care, warranty, construction, or related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or service-tracking systems
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in challenging situations
Preferred
Homebuilding, construction, property management, or warranty experience strongly preferred
