Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for customer service and coordinate installation and service appointments while managing various administrative tasks.

Qualification
Required
Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with data entry and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
Have a flexible and helpful approach in dealing with the many different tasks associated with administration
Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
Must have a pleasant and friendly manner and be happy and willing to deal with queries from visiting members of the public in a polite and helpful manner
High School Diploma or GED Required
A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role required
