Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Drive design decisions and lead major ServiceNow projects across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Perform day-to-day development and platform management tasks
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
Stay current with platform updates and contribute to roadmap planning
Support Agile sprint planning and performance analytics initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience developing on ITSM platforms
5+ years of IT application systems experience in technology solution delivery
3+ years of experience customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
Experience with Agile methodology and performance analytics
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for continuous learning and platform innovation
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (preferred or within 12 months of hire)
Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred or within 12 months of hire)
ITIL Foundation Certification
