Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) to provide commercial support for assigned projects according to contractual terms and to supervise and control project spend and risks
Support the CPMs on project financial topics, including monthly revenue recognition, financial planning, risk, and opportunity management, and optimizing profit margins & cash flow
Lead month end tasks including Journal Entries, accruals and prepayments and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Prepare monthly cost forecasts and variance analysis, encompassing key performance indicators across the P&L and Balance Sheet
Perform ad hoc analyses and develop reusable business analytics using digital tools, contributing to management decision-making, and supporting special initiatives
Ensuring compliance with IFRS guidelines and FRGs and coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors, RIC auditors for any project-related samples or testing
Actively collaborate with the broader Finance community to share and implement standard processes, driving a digital transformation towards automation and data-driven decision making to improve AGT's business performance and competitive edge

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance is required
3+ years of proven experience required
Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, percentage of completion (PoC) accounting, and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications and SAP is required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required
Required amount of travel ~5%
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
