Architectural Job Captain
AIA Colorado is a growing architecture firm that values creative collaboration and innovative project development. They are seeking an Architectural Job Captain who will lead design and construction processes while working closely with clients and subconsultants, and effectively manage multiple projects.

Ability to provide Revit modeling, rendering and production in all phases of development
Has experience and is confident in leading aspects of the design, entitlement process, construction documents, and consultant team coordination with the support of the firm’s Principals
Exercises rigor in researching, interpreting, and applying building and zoning codes and guidelines
Has an eagerness to take on challenges and responsibilities through actively participating in each project
Is capable of concurrently working on multiple projects
Thinks creatively and demonstrates a persistent desire to learn
Demonstrate talent for composition and accomplishment in the graphic tools and techniques used to prepare renderings and presentation materials for clients
Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess an NAAB Accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
5-8 years professional experience
Strong design, technical, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with subconsultants and clients
Enthusiasm to engage in every aspect of the business and culture
Dynamism to take on new challenges
