Education Program Consultant I
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) is responsible for implementing the state's public school laws for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade public schools. The Education Program Consultant I position is responsible for documenting and facilitating the collection, validation, and processing of data used in testing and accountability programs.

Responsibilities
Document and facilitate processes and procedures used for collection and validation of data from internal and external sources
Ensure the accurate processing of finalized data into the appropriate data systems
Evaluate policy, processes and procedures making recommendations for improvement
Provide support to NCDPI initiatives including participation in committees and presenting to stakeholders
Develop, maintain and support systems used by stakeholders to submit and validate data
Review and process data changes after collections have been completed
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in the education field to which assigned from an appropriately accredited institution
Three years of specifically related experience in public education
An equivalent combination of education and experience
