Responsibilities
Assist with managing active production orders across multiple vendors
Track timelines, approvals, and production milestones
Ensure all production inputs are complete before orders are released
Monitor order status and flag risks, delays, or discrepancies early
Organize artwork files, proofs, and production specs
Confirm quantities, sizes, colors, and decoration methods
Support blank ordering and inventory coordination
Maintain clean and accurate production records
Communicate with approved vendors under Production Manager direction
Confirm production timelines and delivery expectations
Relay issues, questions, or changes to the Production Manager
Work closely with Production Manager, Creative Producer, and Account Executives
Support clean handoffs from sales to production
Provide internal status updates to keep teams aligned
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years in custom apparel, merchandise, or production coordination
Hands-on experience with screen printing, embroidery, or similar production workflows
Familiarity with garment production timelines, approvals, and QC considerations
Experience working with multiple vendors and concurrent projects
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Strong written communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
Proactive problem-solver who escalates issues early
Process-driven and reliable under deadlines
