Responsibilities

Responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of multi-disciplinary engineers. Including ability to provide critical feedback when required
Lead systems engineering efforts for technical updates to existing production programs and leveraging new programs
Develop common test methodologies across current and future production portfolio when possible

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 6 years industry experience or equivalent
Hold an Active SECRET Collateral Security Clearance
Experience working in a production/ manufacturing environment
Experience with Electronic warfare systems

Preferred

Understanding of program schedule and cost
Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
Proven design, analysis, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize taskings across multiple programs
