Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including billing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation
Handle high-volume invoicing and transaction processing with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Actively manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collections efforts while maintaining strong customer relationships
Prepare and analyze aging reports, identify trends, and escalate issues as needed
Work across multiple financial systems and software platforms to ensure accurate and timely AR reporting
Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and tracking (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Required

7+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment
Strong experience with billing, collections, and AR aging analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; heavy Excel usage required
Experience working within multiple accounting or ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit, onsite team
