Responsibilities
Define and drive long-term data architecture strategy for enterprise systems
Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and data stores
Develop and manage data models for new and existing data platforms
Identify inefficiencies in current data systems and recommend improvements
Enforce data governance, data quality, and standards
Partner with technical teams to define database architecture and coding standards
Design and implement disaster recovery, redundancy, and data archiving solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse and performance issues
Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall experience in data-related roles
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Architecture
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Warehousing
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Modeling
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Mining
5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Requirements Analysis
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SQL & SQL Server Management Studio
Advanced SQL querying
.NET (C#, VB.NET), Java, or other modern programming languages
Azure DevOps
Visual Studio
Windows Server OS
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
US Citizenship required (contract-to-hire role; no sponsorship available)
