Responsibilities
Process & Workflow Definition
Support documentation of Project Controls workflows across cost, schedule, change management, and reporting
Assist in creating standardized process maps, swim lanes, and cost controls playbooks for project execution
Cost Dashboards
Assist with data reporting setup for cost, schedule, and project performance metrics
Support development of dashboards and reporting views (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools)
Help translate raw project data into clear, leadership-ready insights
Build a DIG team Rooster that: Clearly outlines all key stakeholders - their names, role, function across each function within DIG, Power and Finance. Helps project teams quickly understand where to go for support. Will aid in training external teams when complying with Controls Process requirements across PO process, PayApp Process, Cost Reporting, etc
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field graduating between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 (no earlier or later)
Strong interest in capital projects, infrastructure, or operations
Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience or interest in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience or interest in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Experience or interest in process mapping or workflow documentation
