Financial Analyst – Terrestrial Radio
Quire is a company that specializes in media, technology, and consumer convergence. They are seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst from the radio sector to manage day-to-day FP&A activities and support during a transformative bridge capital raise and eventual M&A exit.

Responsibilities
Bridge Funding Support: Developing short-term cash flow forecasts and rolling projections to satisfy the immediate reporting needs of bridge lenders
M&A Readiness: Coordinating the sell-side data room, identifying audit adjustments in management accounts, and ensuring all financial records are audit-ready for buyer scrutiny
Banking Liaison: Assisting investment bankers by conducting comparable company analysis and precedent transaction research to support valuation negotiations
Strategic Reporting: Designing and executing monthly reporting packages that provide clear visibility into business performance for board members and potential stakeholders
Scenario Modeling: Maintain integrated 3-statement models to test different deal structures, financing options, and the impact of the capital raise on long-term liquidity
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; experience with financial AI tools is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong logical reasoning, structured thinking, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus
5+ years of hands-on financial modeling experience, with a focus local media
Prior experience within local media (radio or tv) required
