Responsibilities
Lead complex Palo Alto firewall change planning and implementation in large enterprise environments
Execute firewall migrations , policy restructuring , and DC–DC / DC–Cloud transitions
Design and implement secure architectures for data center, internet edge, campus, and cloud
Build and manage High Availability (Active/Passive, Active/Active) and security zone designs
Implement and support GlobalProtect , IPSec , and SSL VPN solutions
Optimize security, NAT, decryption, and threat prevention policies aligned with Zero Trust
Manage firewalls using Panorama , including monitoring, troubleshooting, and audits
Perform advanced troubleshooting using CLI and packet captures
Support automation via REST APIs, Ansible, or Python (preferred)
Prepare MOPs, risk assessments, rollback plans , and execute changes during maintenance windows
Qualification
Required
10+ years Network Security
6+ years Palo Alto NGFW
Strong expertise in PAN-OS, HA, VPNs, Decryption, Threat Prevention
Hands-on with PA-Series, VM-Series, Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire
Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT)
Preferred
Support automation via REST APIs, Ansible, or Python
