Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and integrations
Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business needs
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
Develop triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with admins and business analysts on requirements and solution design
Perform data migrations, data cleanup, and system optimization
Ensure code quality using best practices, testing, and documentation
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, external APIs)
Git or version control experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must be local to New York and available in EST hours
Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Financial services or enterprise environment exposure
