Responsibilities
Lead the strategic migration from our current outsourced consultant model to an internal command center
Own the data migration and the seamless transfer of institutional knowledge
Select and implement a top-tier PEO model to upgrade our benefits, compliance, and risk management to a Fortune-500 level standard
Hire and train a dedicated Payroll Specialist and a Recruitment/Culture Assistant
Build an internal recruitment machine to secure the best providers and staff in Chicago
Operationalize the "Solara Standard"—creating a system where high performers thrive and potential is coached into excellence
Ensure that as we triple our revenue, we do not dilute our soul
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years in People Operations/HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Mandatory willingness to travel to all Wellness Home locations weekly
Proven experience bringing HR in-house or transitioning to a PEO model
Experience scaling a company from 50 to 150+ employees
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Healthcare experience is highly preferred
Understanding the nuances of clinical staff (MDs, NPs, PTs) vs. administrative staff is a major plus
