Responsibilities
Surgery Product Usage Validation
Verify and validate incoming surgery product usage cases
Resolve discrepancies in product usage with support from Sales Representatives
Billing Support
Foster relationships with hospital billing specialists
Address product usage questions to support prompt billing
Follow up on purchase orders, resolve billing discrepancies
Sales Support
Act as a liaison with Sales Representatives, providing requested product or case info
Escalate Sales Rep requests as needed based on complexity or urgency
Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers; provide creative solutions to issues
Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing
Communicate product delivery timelines, including back orders
Escalate hospital requests when necessary based on urgency
Resolve and document customer complaints in CRM
Maintain direct contact with customers before and after sales
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with work routines and well-defined technical procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage and resolve customer issues with professionalism
Preferred
Specialized education or training preferred
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
