Responsibilities
Help deliver the latest product models, rate changes, compliance updates, and new product features to market
Collaborate with business partners to gather and document requirements
Ensure changes are clearly defined
Support the successful delivery of updates into production
Work closely with IT partners to clarify business needs and facilitate accurate implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
Preferred
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear, requirements for IT delivery and validating implemented solutions
Proven ability to define requirements and map system dependencies for both technical and business audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions; Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or TFS to manage requirements or track work; Experience with Waterfall methodology
Current or prior experience working with rate revisions and state-mandated regulatory requirements within the insurance industry
