Responsibilities

Own senior client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, with a strong preference for financial services experience
Develop deep expertise in clients’ businesses, operating models, and decision dynamics to understand their real problems and anticipate challenges
Drive relationship-based selling by identifying, shaping, and advancing new opportunities within existing accounts
Partner with Industry Service Leaders to expand relationships and pursue new work through credibility, insight, and trust
Help clients build business cases, navigate governance and funding constraints, and secure internal alignment
Ask hard questions to uncover root problems and connect client needs to SingleStone’s capabilities in practical, outcome-driven ways
Expand relationships beyond initial sponsors to build durable, multi-layered partnerships
Stay connected to delivery to ensure strong execution, surface risks early, and protect both client outcomes and the relationship
Drive repeat business, referrals, and sustained account growth by positioning SingleStone as an indispensable partner, not just a vendor

Required

Experience in sales, account management, or client strategy, ideally in a consulting, financial services or technology-driven environment
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect, communicate, and influence at all levels
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you make complex ideas simple and compelling
A track record of driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction through proactive engagement
