Quality Technician (1st Shift)
GEDIA North America is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. The Quality Technician will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments while identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities
Carry out necessary in-process tests and document results
Identify, resolve, and implement troubleshooting measures
Check for test plans and develop suggestions for correction
Develop, suggest, and potentially implement organizational optimizations
Serve as the direct contact for specialty departments quality and external complaints
Assist lab in obtaining test and measurement parts from line
Qualification
Required
3+ years of quality technician experience OR completed technical vocational training in tool or industrial mechanic
Process knowledge in forming technology
Good user knowledge in the SAP system and MS Office standard programs
Basic knowledge of statistical QM methods
Confident, personal demeanor when dealing with related departments
Working knowledge of the IDOS and SAP systems
Test plan and process analyst
Organized and systematic
