Responsibilities

Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly
Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets
Identify and document any deviations from quality standards
Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors
Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines
Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives
Provide support during audits and inspections
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily
Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately

Ability to utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets
Ability to identify and document any deviations from quality standards
Ability to communicate inspection results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors
Adherence to PCP standards and guidelines
Ability to partner with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to provide support during audits and inspections
Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines
Willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily
Ability to report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 65lbs
