Responsibilities

Supporting the project portfolio in accordance to Wholesale Priorities & Strategy and goals
Partnering with cross channel functional groups to define & execute on deliverables correlating to business priorities, identifying risks, providing status updates, and final product
Identifying, prioritizing, structuring and leading multiple projects or major project work streams to deliver on wireless marketing plans
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and recommendations forward
Building necessary internal relationships and communication networks among the Network, Device and IT teams
Working with Network and IT teams to gain access to or support development of enhanced tools to improve MVNO experience and issue resolution
Developing supporting documentation that will be shared internally and externally for development requests
Serving as Wholesale SME to address legal and contractual questions
Mentoring team members on articulating the business value of our solutions and encouraging deep business relationships with internal and external teams
Ensuring the team’s ongoing skill building through training and development activities

Required

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
Two or more years of project management experience

Excellent leadership skills
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Jira and Google's G Suite
Experience analyzing data and making appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations which shape business strategy
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the business to deliver results
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and business data
Strong understanding of analytics, with exceptional presentation and organizational skills
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to understand and navigate the organizational landscape
Understanding of technology and communications industries
Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously, and establish and meet timelines and milestones under deadline pressure
