Responsibilities
Build a high-performing team with an inclusive and positive team culture
Provide technical leadership and vision in a widely scoped engineering team
Drive the development of the product and platform in a fast-paced environment
Coach and mentor engineers at different levels to achieve their career goals
Champion best practices in software development, quality assurance, and project management to drive operational excellence
Drive the evolution of our consumption / Flex pricing infrastructure and insights experiences in a fast-paced environment
Partner with Finance, Pricing, RevOps, and Product to translate pricing and reporting needs into robust technical architecture and workflows
Qualification
Required
8+ years of engineering with 2+ years of engineering management experience
Meaningful experience with billing, payments, pricing, or other revenue-critical systems (usage-based or subscription); or you have built similarly high-integrity, auditable systems
Proficiency in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams
Passionate about helping people grow in their careers and people management
An owner mindset and passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact
Preferred
Expertise in Golang, Java, Typescript, SQL, GCP / AWS are highly desirable
