Technical Project Manager

Advanced Systems Group LLC is a leading provider of media and entertainment technology solutions. They are seeking a Senior Broadcast Project Manager to oversee large-scale audiovisual and broadcast system integration projects, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide senior project leadership for the successful coordination and delivery of complex audiovisual and broadcast system installations
Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to key stakeholders and partners as required
Lead meetings and workshops necessary to deliver the project
Assist and mentor other project managers as assigned
Support the client team to establish baseline project budgets and implement cost control procedures
Take senior responsibility for budget control and reconciliation
Lead the vendor bidding process with a senior perspective, enhancing vendor selection and negotiations
Coordinate the output of the engineering design team with a focus on meeting advanced technical requirements
Proactively identify risks and offer advanced solutions to ensure project deliverables are met
Ensure that coordination of AV and broadcast requirements aligns with the building completion schedule at a senior management level
Conduct regular site walks to ensure ASG project and client standards are not just met but surpassed

Required

A formal qualification in Architecture, Construction, Entertainment, Business, or a related field and/or a certification/degree in Project Management
A minimum of 10 years of relevant project management work experience, with significant experience in managing large-scale broadcast projects
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading large teams and complex projects
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of G Suite, SmartSheet, and MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to commute to local client sites
Ability to travel up to 75%
