This role involves driving direct sales growth through the internal call center while coaching and developing the Inside Sales team to achieve revenue and booking goals.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective residential and business customers, providing quotes and booking moves
Review call data regularly to identify missed opportunities and build strategies to recapture leads
Maintain and distribute daily performance reports for Inside Sales Specialists
Conduct warm outbound prospecting to senior living communities, apartment complexes, storage facilities, and similar partners
Audit call recordings to ensure quality, consistency, and sales effectiveness
Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives who are not meeting goals
Communicate operational issues or customer concerns promptly to leadership
Support continuous improvement, training, and leadership development within the team
Uphold company policies and model Planes’ core principles of TEAM (Trust, Empowerment, Accountability, Mesh)
Attend required meetings and training; maintain reliable attendance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related industry
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer‑service mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred
Call center leadership or management experience strongly preferred
