Qualification
Required
Full-time
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
Willingness to be barred in Colorado or New Jersey required
Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently in an office environment
Team-oriented
Preferred
Member of the Colorado or New Jersey Bar is highly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
