Responsibilities

Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot HGX-based server systems (HPE, Supermicro, Dell, etc.)

Component-level diagnostics on baseboards, GPU trays, power delivery, and cooling systems

Work with both air-cooled and liquid-cooled configurations

Validate hardware for customer deployments and inventory processing

Support our sales and sourcing teams with technical expertise

Required

Direct experience with NVIDIA HGX systems (A100/H100/H200)

Familiarity with NVLink, NVSwitch, and high-speed interconnects

Understanding of enterprise BMC/IPMI/Redfish management

Comfortable with high-power systems (48V, high-amperage PDUs, busbar configurations)

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics

Preferred

Experience with DGX systems

Experience with InfiniBand networking

Experience with liquid cooling loops
