Tiger Tracks is a fully-remote performance marketing agency built by former Google marketing leaders. They are seeking a Part-Time Motion Designer and Video Editor specialized in creating short-form video ads for paid social platforms, focusing on performance-driven creative that impacts revenue.

Responsibilities
Edit high-volume short-form video ads (6-60s) optimized for paid media
Produce multiple variations from the same concept (hooks, pacing, CTAs, formats)
Adapt creative across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Display, etc.)
Collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and creative strategists
Iterate on existing assets based on performance insights
Apply platform best practices while staying ahead of emerging creative trends
Maintain clean, organized project files and hit fast-paced deadlines
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years experience editing performance-focused video ads
Strong understanding of what makes ads convert, not just looks polished
Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, or similar fast-edit tools
Experience working with: UGC-style footage, Influencer content, Product demos and overlays
Comfortable working in a high-output, test-and-learn environment
Ability to take direction from performance data and iterate quickly
Preferred
Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or subscription brands
Familiarity with Meta/TikTok ad specs and best practices
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Understanding of hooks, pacing, and attention economics
