Responsibilities
Management of laboratory instrument inventory including hardware, software, and configurations
Laboratory instrument lifecycle activities including onboarding, validation, support, and retirement in both GxP and Non-GxP laboratory environments
Ensure all laboratory instruments are properly configured and integrated to the company network, where applicable
Collaborate with IT to ensure all paper and/or electronic records align with company data integrity standards
Lead authoring and execution of CSV/CSA validation documentation for all laboratory instruments
Assist with change management for laboratory software systems
Oversee periodic assessments of system and user access for laboratory systems throughout system lifecycle
Develop plans for integrating laboratory instruments into lab informatics systems or other data repositories
Lead and direct contractors or vendor resources supporting lab instrument activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, life science or related field
5+ years of experience in cGMP and pharmaceuticals/biopharmaceuticals including CSV, QA IT, or direct instrument support
An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot system issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Good customer/client relationship management and proactive problem-solving skills
Preferred
Academic or industry experience operating lab systems and managing associated data
