Responsibilities
Send sales and follow-up emails to prospective clients
Schedule calls with potential clients and assist with lead management
Attend weddings and events throughout the Golden Isles as an event concierge
Post and assist with content creation for social media platforms
Operate photo booths with prints during events when needed
Assist day-of coordinators and event teams on site
Visit multiple weddings and events to capture behind-the-scenes and promotional social media content
Represent iSound professionally at all events and client interactions
Qualification
Required
Motivated and outgoing personality
Ability to assist with sales outreach and lead management
Experience or willingness to attend weddings and events as an event concierge
Skills in social media content creation and posting
Ability to operate photo booths during events
Capability to assist day-of coordinators and event teams on site
Professional representation of iSound at all events and client interactions
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Tourism & Event Management
BBA in General Business with a Marketing Concentration
