Territory Sales Manager
Horizon Roofing & Restoration is a sales-driven organization focused on building a sustainable sales team in the Charlotte market. The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue, managing a defined territory, and developing strong relationships within the community.

Responsibilities
Actively generate residential roofing opportunities through selective canvassing, neighborhood prospecting, referral partner development, and builder outreach
Close both company-generated and self-generated leads
Build and manage a consistent, self-sustaining sales pipeline
Protect pricing discipline and margin expectations
Own and operate exclusively within an assigned ZIP-code territory
Develop strong neighborhood density and local brand presence
Participate in post-install canvassing and referral cultivation
Represent Horizon Roofing professionally in the field at all times
Establish and maintain referral relationships (HOAs, realtors, insurance agents, builders, homeowners)
Deliver a high-level customer experience from first contact through closeout
Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking
Follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally
Attend required sales meetings and training
Operate within Horizon’s defined sales and territory standards
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with canvassing, prospecting, and in-field selling
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
High personal accountability and competitive drive
Valid driver's license and ability to work daily in the field
Preferred
2+ years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or home services preferred)
