Responsibilities
Collaborate regularly with the Advisor to ensure marketing efforts achieve desired results
Coordinate, attend, and support logistics for seminars and client events, including creating PowerPoint presentations and collecting/analyzing feedback
Oversee and execute day-to-day marketing activities, including email and digital campaigns, graphic design, video editing, and content uploads to the firm’s website and social media
Manage and respond to incoming communications via social media and online appointment platforms
Consistently follow up with prospects by phone and other channels (no cold calling), nurture leads through CRM-driven email drip campaigns, and coordinate first-visit logistics to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain accurate inventory of marketing materials and resources
Confidently communicate the firm’s mission, services, and value to prospects and clients, serving as the energetic face and voice of the company
Gather, track, and analyze data, prepare reports for various marketing and analysis projects, and present key performance metrics and actionable insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Desire to work long-term in the financial industry
1+ years' experience in marketing or sales (industry experience preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, CapCut and ability to learn new software
CRM experience a plus
Strong online and offline marketing skills, including social media and email marketing
High attention to detail, creativity, and a strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Redtail CRM
Graphic Design skills
